The Gold Seal line has been re-designed to include dried malt extract (DME) and dry yeast. This allows these freshly made kits to have a longer pantry life, for those who cannot brew right away.
This black beer has a roasted malt bite, but it is dryer, hoppier, and not as malty as a dunkel.
Specialty malts: Crystal 90L, de-bittered black
