I was very happy with the results.
Followed instructions but brewed two 2.5 gallon batches. Both excellent and easy to do. I did a keg it, family and friends love it. Good starter brew.
The Hefe IV yeast imparts a more banana like flavor(fermented it in the garage at a warmer temp (78-80). Great beer to keg up and take to the Lake!
Good Hefeweizen. Strong Banana flavor initially(for those impatience people), but has really started to mellow. Makes for a great summer brew.
The best beer I have made so far, and I've made 4. The yeast and grains on this one make it special.
