Great build quality

Great sale price and build quality; purchased to upgrade my 8 gal brew kettle; PRO - adjustable, water-tight dial face (submerged it while cold crashing, no problem); easy to read; CON - thermowell a bit too long, interferes with chiller insertion; picture shows a separate tension nut mine did not have, that means you cannot twist the dial face for optimal positioning once its screwed into place; no issue for me, but would be for a perfectionist; probably why it is on sale.
