Mini Mash Stout Kits

Mini Mash Brewing Kits are the middle ground between extract brewing and all grain brewing. Much of the fermentable sugars for fermentation are provided by liquid malt extract that is included with the kit. However, the brewer will need to do a "mini mash" in order to get the rest of the needed fermentable sugars out of the included base grains.
